RECOVERY COACHING

Now that your loved one is out of treatment recovery can begin!  Treatment teaches the addicted individual and families new skills and behaviors to live life clean but the real world can prove to be challenging.

The first year of recovery is all about change. Coping with new emotions, avoiding triggers and cravings and dealing with the symptoms of post acute withdrawal are just some of the challenges that are unique to the first year.

The FAIR program is a continuing care program for the whole family. It is designed to prevent relapse and to inspire the addicted individual to remain sober and successfully reintegrate into their family with a sober framework.

Family and the Addicted Individual Recovery Program (F.A.I.R.)

F.A.I.R begins when the addicted individual is discharged from residential treatment, and lasts through the first 6 months of recovery.

Goals of F.A.I.R.

We will begin with one-hour weekly meetings with the addicted individual and family support network.  After the first month, we will space out the meetings to twice per month for two months and then once a month the final two months.
