Our student development workshops are presented in a motivating and entertaining way that keeps the audience involved and interested.
Each workshop offers the latest in current research. Most presentations consist of visual aids along with informative handouts and can be custom designed to meet your institution’s needs.

- Alcohol/Drug Refusal Skills Workshop - Classroom-based and age-appropriate workshop for the student to understand the short and long-term effects of the usage of drugs and alcohol. The student will also learn strategies to assist them in refusing drugs and alcohol when offered.
- Anger Management Workshops - Classroom-based workshop that will enable the student participants to identify and recognize signs of anger and learn effective strategies to deal with anger. Students will improve their decision-making skills and learn to manage their own anger.

Substance Abuse Awareness and Prevention for Executives, Supervisors and Employees
It’s vital that management understand the magnitude of substance abuse in the workplace and know how to identify impaired or under-the-influence employees. Employers must be able to effectively manage potential incidents before they occur. Drug and alcohol abuse impacts safety, productivity and the cost of doing business.
According to a recent OSHA publication, 65% of workplace accidents are caused by substance abuse, and employees that abuse drugs file 6 times more workers’ comp claims. Substance abusers use health benefits approximately 84% greater in dollar terms and they record 16 times more work absences according to the US Dept. of Labor.
Inneractions offers cost effective customized workshops designed to meet your organizational needs. All workshops are presented in an energetic, entertaining way that keeps the audience involved and interested.
Our experienced trainers will provide management and employees with an understanding of the scope of substance abuse in the workplace, review the common drugs of abuse including signs and symptoms of use, and strategies to prevent workplace substance abuse. Length: 2-4 Hours (Depending on your organization’s needs.)
